Tomasa “Tommie” Chagoya, age 71, a life long resident of San Marcos, Texas, passed away on February 11th, 2022.
Services were held February 15t, 2022 at St. John’s Catholic Church.

Tomasa “Tommie” Chagoya was born in San Marcos, Tx to Luis and Amelia Hernandez on December 21st 1950. She was married to Domingo Chagoya.
Tomasa “Tommie” is preceded in death by her Parents Luis and Amelia Hernandez and husband Domingo Chagoya.
Tomasa “Tommie” is survived by her son Ronnie Vargas (Rachel Valdez), daughter Rita Vargas (Daniel Guajardo), brothers and sisters, Maria Elena Urrita, Chris Hernandez, Richard Hernandez (Brenda Hernandez), Silvia Cortez (Jesse Cortez), Luis Manuel Hernandez (Mary Lou Hernandez), Crespin Hernandez (Rosa Hernandez), Olga Hernandez, Yolanda Flores (Mario Flores), and Nelda Hernandez, grandchildren Jose Vargas, Samuel Cargas, Danyella Guajardo, and Danny Guajardo.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Hernandez, Michael Flores, John Anthony Chagoya, John Robert Sanchez, and Andrew Ricardo Hernandez.
