Obituary
Phyllis Jean Melsha of San Marcos, TX, passed away peacefully July 1st, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Melsha, and her daughter, Lori Melsha. Her mother, Genevieve Batey, her brothers, Bobby Batey, Charles Batey and Jerry Batey.
Phyllis Melsha was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who leaves behind her daughter, Cindy Melsha-Payton, her husband, Jeff, her three grandchildren whom she loved with all of her heart, Kenneth Ables, Nichole Ables and Brittnay Ables.
Her most cherished great grandson, Cody Frederick, lovingly called her Nana.
Sister, Sandra Lindeken and many nieces and nephews.
Phyllis will be missed by many, but she will live on in the Kingdom of our Lord. She is gone on this earth; she will never be forgotten.
Psalm 23 was my mom's favorite verse.
