John Loyd Ogilvie

John Loyd Ogilvie, born Jan. 29, 1947, in Waco, TX passed away June 6, 2020, in San Marcos, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.R. Ogilvie Jr and Mary Beth Ogilvie (nee Wood). He is survived by his wife of almost 30 years, Jean Hampton Ogilvie, daughter Amanda Ogilvie Bell, grandson Ryan Bell, son Whit Ogilvie and wife Carrie Jo Ogilvie, and children Colton Chappell and Madison Chappell. Also, John was survived by four step daughters and one step son who he considered as his own.

Memorial Service is planned for July 25, 2020, at 10:00 am at the Cowboys for Jesus Church in Fischer, TX.  Please no flowers: Donate to Alzheimer’s/Dementia to eradicate this vicious disease.
