James Gantt

James Glen Gantt, 51, passed away on March 22, 2022 in Marble Falls, TX

A memorial service will be held on April 10, 2022 at 1:00pm at 107 County Rd 420, Spicewood, TX 78669. James was born in Rotan, TX on August 26, 1970 to George Glendall Gantt and Bernadean Etheredge Gantt.  He graduated from Roby High School with honors and excelled in track and field.  

He lived in Houston, TX for many years where he worked at the American Red Cross.  He later moved to Sunrise Beach where he worked for the family business. James served as a missionary in the Philippines and loved the Lord with all his heart. James’s hobbies included gardening, flower arrangement, and drawing.  He was very creative and loved expressing himself through art. 

James is survived by his sister, Ronda Fox 48 , and brother, Bryan Gantt 46, and best friend David McDaniels 55,  and nieces and nephews, Nicholas Gardiner 31, Jack O’Connell 23, Sydney Gantt 23, Noah Gardiner 22, Bryce Gantt 20,  Adam Sabrsula 19, Austin O’Connell 19, Makenzie Kiley 16, Trinity Cato 11.

James is preceded in death by his parents, George and Bernadean Gantt, and his sisters, Teresa Gardiner, and Deidre Sabrsula
