Jacob Bryan Hurd

Jacob Bryan Hurd died suddenly in his living room chair at home in Austin Texas January 10th 2021. He was only 39 years young born on February 15th 1981, in Pensacola Florida. 

He was a devoted son, to his “MaMa” Debra Amszi, step father Shawn Amszi, 3 older brothers that he grew up with, 3 nephews, 1 niece, and friend to many. 

His laughter, kind heart, hard work, and generosity will be greatly missed by everyone. He grew up in Texas mostly in the Conroe and Austin area. 

There will be a void that will never be filled for many. Family gatherings will never be the same without him.

Jacob took pleasure in showing and sharing his love for classy moments of food, drinks, style, clothes, outings, and giving everyone his “take care of everything attitude”:.. We miss him so very much. We had new plans and dreams together with him only days away, so losing him so soon is unreal and shocking.

He is survived by his mother Debra Jean Sowell Amszi (MaMa), His loving step dad Shawn Amszi , brothers Steven Barrett Miers & wife Laura, Jeromy Lee Miers & wife Lori, Joshua Lee Hurd, niece Elle Miers, nephews Ethan Miers, Dillons Miers, and Flynn Miers. Father Terry Lee Hurd and younger siblings Sophia and Terry Lee Hurd Jr. in The Woodlands, TX.
