Doris Powers Obituary

Doris Leola Powers, age 83, passed away in New Braunfels, Texas on November 15, 2015. Mrs. Powers was born on January 4, 1932 in Gastonia, North Carolina to Robert Calvin Griggs and Anna (Whitman) Griggs. She proudly served her country during the Korean War in the United States Air Force and the United States Marine Corps. A graveside service with military honors provided by the United States Marine Corps will be conducted at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 11:00 am.
