Bobbie Williams Obituary

Bobbie Jean Williams 72-years old, died on Wednesday July 14 2021 after a long journey of life altering events.  Bobbie faced several medical challenges that tested her faith, but her undying faith in Jehovah’s promises undoubtedly brought her through to the end. Sister Bobbie Williams has been a faithful servant of Jehovah God since her baptism on January 1, 1988 for over 33 years. Bobbie was a faithful congregational member at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Lockhart, Texas where she enjoyed going door to door in the ministry (field service) preaching about God’s Kingdom and promises to everyone she met. She continued to preach Jehovah’s word even during her medical challenges and rehabilitation sessions. Everyone who knew Sister Williams, knew she loved to be outside in her garden and when inside some good home cooking was being done. She had a big heart and was always willing to help people.

Sister Bobbie was born on October 3, 1948 in Itasca, Texas to Robbie Mae Spencer and raised with step-father Leonard Spencer “Skillet”.

She lived most her life in Luling, Texas where she enjoyed her lifes hobbies such as gardening, caring for her plants, spending time with grandchildren, fishing, conventions, watching westerns and bingo. Sister Williams enjoyed her life to the fullest as a homemaker.

Bobbie is proceeded in death by her (mother) Robbie Mae Spencer, (step-father) Leonard Spencer, (son) Billy Williams.

Bobbie Jean is survived by her children: Kealy Washington (Dalvin W,)   Bridgett Villareal (David V.) and Katina Williams.  Her sister Ethel (Tiny) Wright, (David W.) and brother Elmarice (Bubba) Gantt. 7 grandchildren, Kendra Wiegand (Bryan Wiegand), Clarissa Williams (Courtney S), Kambre & Kaisle (Patrick) Williams, Douglas (DJ) Lamkin, Tercel Lamkin, Nicholas Gibson and one Great Grandchild Courtney Jr. (CJ). 

 

A host of nieces, nephews who all will miss her dearly. We love and miss you Mama.

Sister Bobbie Jean Williams leaves Family and friends, loved ones who will cherish her memory.
